Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paly websites, applications, cloud workspaces, agent features, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and promptly update it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, or insecure.

3. The Services

Paly provides a personal cloud AI workspace that may include sandboxed compute, file storage, multi-model access, media generation, scheduled tasks, and related tools. Features may change, be limited by plan or credits, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Credits, Plans, and Payments

Some features require credits or paid plans. Prices, allowances, and limits may change. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits may expire according to the terms shown at purchase. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable amounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, other users' workspaces, or credentials
Use the Services to create or distribute malware, spam, scams, or harmful content
Overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law
Bypass rate limits, credit metering, or security controls
Submit unlawful, infringing, or highly sensitive data without appropriate rights and safeguards

We may investigate and take action, including suspension, for suspected violations.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in your workspace ("Your Content"), subject to rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the Services and fulfill your requests (including sending content to AI providers). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to use it with the Services.

7. AI Outputs

Outputs generated by AI models may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Outputs are provided "as is" and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, branding, software, and documentation are owned by Paly or its licensors. Except for Your Content and rights expressly granted, no license is conferred. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate authentication providers, model APIs, payment processors, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PALY AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
