1How do credits work?
Credits are the spend unit for Paly. By default, 1 credit equals $0.01. When a task runs, Paly may temporarily reserve credits, then settle the real cost when the run finishes.
2Do unused credits expire?
Purchased credit packs are permanent in the current billing phase. Reserved credits from a running task are not a final charge — leftover hold returns after settlement.
3What happens if I run out of credits?
New runs that need more budget than you have available will pause with an insufficient-credits notice. Top up from this page, then continue in your workspace.
4Can I buy credits before signing in?
You can open checkout as a guest, but signed-in purchase is recommended. We attach your workspace automatically so credits land in the right account.
5Is Pro a monthly subscription?
Not yet. Paly currently bills with one-time credit packs. Free and Pro describe workspace capacity — you top up credits as you create more.
